We die cut barcode label rolls in-house. To ensure you can use our label rolls efficiently, we pay attention to the following:

• High-Quality Raw Materials: We source raw materials from the most reliable suppliers. We use various face stock materials in our production, such as thermal label paper, coated paper, PP film, and silver matte film. We check the barcode print quality of the face stock and the adhesive quality of the label material for compliance with the order.
• Precision in Cutting: It is important that the labels are cut to the correct dimensions, with correct gaps and margins, and with correct edge shapes. We pay attention to the sharpness and settings of the cutting blades to ensure that the label edges are smooth.
• Winding: Proper winding of the labels onto the roll ensures smooth use in the printer. We pay attention to the winding tension and the suitability of the core diameters to the label widths.
• Quality Control: We perform quality control at every stage of the production process. We check print quality, cutting accuracy, adhesive strength, and winding quality.
• High-Quality Production Equipment: We use high-quality printing, cutting, and winding machines.
• Proper Labeling: We place the label rolls in sturdy boxes to prevent damage during shipment, and we label the rolls and boxes with explanatory information.
• Proper Storage: We store the raw materials under appropriate conditions to ensure the face stock and adhesive quality are maintained.
