OKI Pro1050 Color Label Technology
The rising trend of color label printers in recent years was born out of the need brought about by the change in production methods. As product variety increases, the production quantity per variety decreases. While hundreds of thousands were needed from a single design in the past, now 1,000 pieces may be needed from 100 varieties.
Responding to this changing production method with conventional printers fills manufacturer warehouses with unused, waste labels. Millions of square meters of label material (paper, PP film, etc.) are unnecessarily used in production, water is consumed, machines are unnecessarily occupied, time is wasted, energy is consumed in production and transportation, and the environment is polluted.
OKI Pro1050 brings a new color dimension to printed labels.
By printing in CMYK+1 print quality, on-demand, and in the quantity you want, you can label your products in color, set up your own office printing press, and stand out in a highly competitive environment. Using digital LED dry toner technology, the Pro1050 offers a unique fifth color or 'CMYK+1' option, providing more flexibility in your label design. Printing on transparent or colored label media is now very easy by printing an opaque white background under the CMYK image.
