Details about our service:
You can request service for your devices with expired or ongoing warranty periods. Depending on our customers' requests, we provide on-site service with our expert and equipped staff in certain locations. In cases where on-site service cannot be provided, you can either bring your faulty devices to our service center or, if you wish, we can pick them up from your address.
What We Do:
- • In our service center, a separate fault detection analysis is performed for each device received.
- • The price quotation resulting from the detection is shared with our customer.
- • If approved by our customer, the repair and maintenance process is started without delay and resolved as soon as possible.
- • When your device is ready for delivery, you will be notified by phone or email.
- • You can pick up your device from our service center, or we can deliver it to your address upon request.
- • For devices with an ongoing warranty period, service is provided free of charge for the brands we service, provided that it does not cover user-caused errors.
